When Rocky Balboa talks usually people listen! Well that was the case in the movies anyway now Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone is hoping to convince the Pennsylvania state regulators to issue a casino licence for his home town.
The star of other films such as Tango and Cash, Cliffhanger and Assassins Stallone recorded a video message along with many other celebrities and gambling executives pleading with the state’s gambling control board to hear their requests. A vote on the issue will take place on the 20th of December .
Most of the recording revolved around topics such as business plans, financial backing and traffic studies intermitted by occasional celebrity cameos. Actor Bruce Willis recorded a video message, and other celebrities, including music producer Quincy Jones and Donald Trump, showed up in person in the heavy weight appeal.
