SecureBet (Europe) Ltd last week unveiled its new SecureBet service at the International Casino Exhibition held at London’s Earls Court.  It is the first purpose-designed payment-processing platform that claims zero fraud for online gaming operators and players alike.

They claim it brings the processing of all payment transactions into one platform, controlling fraud and payments in real time.

SecureBet’s press release says, “Each deposit is authenticated via the consumer’s mobile phone in real time, thus eliminating fraud and charge-backs.  Use of the product immediately frees up operator resources considerably, through the elimination of chargeback management and fraud controls.  Back end operator and consumer reporting are concise, up-to-the-minute and provide a clear audit trail for every transaction.

“For the gaming industry SecureBet promises integrity, clarity and speed and addresses the full requirement of online payment processing; guaranteeing zero fraud.  Among other benefits are acquiring services with a Tier 1 acquirer, real time money management and reports, a 24/7 UK based and Group-owned contact centre, plus a host of additional features.”

A spokesman for SecureBet also said the system is easy to use and is bound to increase customer loyalty, frequency of play as well as time spent online while greatly reducing costs and incorporating outstanding levels of security.

SecureBet (Europe) Ltd is owned by Fortunatus Holdings Ltd, based on the Isle of Man, and is a well-established provider of technology solutions for the banking industry, event management, e-commerce, biometrics and transaction processing.  Fortunatus have stated that the online gaming industry has had to deal with specific payment processing tasks piecemeal as so far to date there hasn’t been a complete industry-focused single platform solution.

Fortunatus have also stated that it developed SecureBet after years of research and building on in-house technologies and used patented technology to provide users transparency and accountability for every transaction in or out.

SecureBet’s, Sales & Marketing Director, Nick Fitt said, “Gaming now demands a solution for fraud that won’t inhibit access to games and promotions, or increase internal system processes on big bet/promo days or penalise those making multiple deposits at peak period.  SecureBet is a total solution, delivering a product that solves all these issues and more, SecureBet ensures maximum player satisfaction and aids operator efficiency.”
