Michael Jackson’s multi-million pound ranch Neverland could be converted into a Casino.
According to reports in the States over the weekend the world’s most famous pop star could see his dream play-park turned into a top attraction for the world’s gambling elite.
Colony Capital Group has acquired all of the Jackson debt, something which has affectively given them control of his assets which includes the Neverland Ranch.
Rumours are building that the debt distress company are looking to convert the Ranch into a Neverland Casino.
Many are wondering if Neverland Ranch would be suitable for such an obvious transformation.
But when you consider that all of the big casino developments of the day have other major attractions, what better attraction than a Fun Park?
Jackson built up his Neverland Ranch into the largest privately owner theme park in the US and while he now resides in the Gulf state of Bahrain for a number of reasons, changes may be afoot to one of the world’s most well known playgrounds.
While Jackson is still very much loved by the majority of Americans, it will be interesting to see how they react to a casino in the grounds of his private world.
Jackson may have been accused of child sex abuse and child molestation (though he was never convicted in court for these alleged offences) but his legions of fans believe in his innocence and believe a witch-hunt has been orchestrated against him.
With this in mind, would they be willing to stand aside and allow Neverland to be converted into something Jackson certainly never wanted it to be?
If the partial transition was made the security at the Neverland casino would therefore be unparalleled in the gaming world. Even in exile Jackson would still be grabbing the headlines.
