Popular online watchdog Casinomeister.com continues to name and shame what it sees as the main rogue casinos in the industry.
The website has been doing this since 2004 and is recognised as a reliable source of information on those sites best avoided.
As visitors to the website alerted Casinomeister to problem sites the category of offenders had to be extended.
Now Casinomeister has the following bad boy groupings – Rogue Casinos - Not recommended casinos – Bumblings, Blunders and Negligence – Stupid Casino Tricks – Evil Software Providers and Fake watchdog sites.
If you log onto the site you’ll see a well explained list of online casino sites you are advised not to use.
The strong advice is backed up by communications from the companies involved as well as irate customers who contacted Casinomeister. The website investigates all trustworthy complaints and then records its findings, some which are highly comical while also being very important for players worldwide.
You are told to avoid some at all costs while others (those in the ‘not recommended casinos’ section) receive a less harsh review.
In this bracket certain sites are criticised for issues such as poor customer service, slow payments, spam e-mails, questionable website content and general incompetence.
British online casino sites are amongst those to receive a negative review on this popular site though the majority are based in places such as Israel and Costa Rice.
Bryan Bailey who runs the site explains the importance on naming dubious online operators saying “The Rogue Casino list is a bit more serious than simply not being recommended. Most of these casinos are guilty of gross customer negligence bordering on the criminal. Some of these casinos have disappeared leaving their players empty handed and downright disgusted with the industry as a whole.”
So perhaps its worthwhile scrolling through the Casinomeister rogue list before you register with a new online casino site in the coming months!
